WhatsApp reminders: about US$3.40 per 1,000 delivered to US numbers, before tax. Paid separately to Meta.
WhatsApp costs, made simple
You pay for the reminders delivered, rather than a fixed WhatsApp monthly fee. This example uses appointment reminders approved by Meta, billed in USD. The price depends on your customer’s country and your Meta billing currency. Promotional messages have a higher rate.
You don’t need a card for your Rosa ONE trial. When you connect your business WhatsApp, Meta asks you to add a payment method for its message charges. These can apply during your free trial, too. We cover the WhatsApp messaging costs when you chat with your Rosa ONE secretary.
We’ll guide you through connecting your number, step by step. Meta may need time to approve your setup, but you won’t lose trial days while you wait. Your Rosa ONE trial only starts when messaging is ready and you choose to activate it.
When a customer messages you, you can reply within 24 hours. Meta includes 1,000 of these service replies free per business number each month, then charges for additional replies. Appointment reminders are billed separately, even during an ongoing conversation, and aren’t part of this free allowance.
