Frequently asked questions
Is this for a small business like mine?
Yes. We work with owner-operated businesses, growing teams and startups as well as larger companies. The starting point is what you want to build or improve, not a minimum headcount. You do not need a technical brief.
How much does it cost, and can I pay monthly?
Every project is priced to scope. We offer monthly subscriptions, including no upfront development fee for suitable agreed projects, project fees with full ownership and selective development partnerships. Larger systems vary substantially in cost. We explain the scope, commitment and additional costs before you decide.
Will I own the software?
Full ownership is available through a project-fee agreement. A deposit starts the work and the balance is linked to acceptance of agreed deliverables. Subscription and partnership arrangements have their own licence and ownership terms, agreed in writing before the build.
How does a development partnership work?
Rosa itself can invest development in selected startups in exchange for an agreed participation in the business. This is not a grant or guaranteed funding. We agree the development scope, participation, ownership and operating costs before work begins.
Do you build websites and apps as well as automation?
Yes. We design and build websites, customer portals, web and mobile apps, custom business software and integrations. WhatsApp is one possible interface, not a requirement for your project.
Can you connect the tools I already use?
We assess what your existing tools support and connect them where practical: CRM, commerce, spreadsheets, finance, WhatsApp and AI services. We keep what works and explain any platform or API limitations.
What about security, support and confidentiality?
Access control and data protection are part of the build. Hosting, maintenance and support can be provided, with coverage and costs set out in your proposal. We can sign an NDA before discussing confidential details.
What happens when I enquire?
We start by getting to know your business, how it operates and where you want it to go. Drawing on our experience in business and systems, we suggest improvements and shape a practical plan together. The initial conversation is free, with no commitment to a project.
