Ask a business question.

Which jobs are waiting for approval?

Three jobs are waiting for a manager's approval. Two are due this week. Here are the records behind that answer.

Operations briefing

Three approvals need attention. Two affect work planned for this week.

  1. Review order #1048 before Thursday's production slot.
  2. Approve or query purchase #308 for Friday's materials.
  3. Confirm the plan for job #206 next week.

Assistance where it helps. Human control where it matters.

For businesses with information spread across tools, reporting that takes too long or questions about where AI could genuinely help.

What we can build

Better information. More useful intelligence.

The opportunity is wider than a chatbot. We help identify where data and AI can improve a real task, decision or customer experience.

Management dashboards

See the measures that matter to the people running the business.

Bring sales, costs, capacity, stock or service activity into a shared view. We agree how each measure is calculated, who sees it and how current the information needs to be.

Reports and operational alerts

Spend less time assembling information and more time using it.

Prepare recurring reports, compare agreed periods and flag defined exceptions. Dashboards can link back to the underlying records so the team can investigate rather than just watch a chart.

AI assistants and knowledge search

Help people find and use approved business knowledge.

An assistant can support questions across selected documents, procedures or records. We define permissions, source visibility and what it should do when the information is incomplete.

Document and communication workflows

Turn routine reading and drafting into supported work.

Explore extracting fields, classifying requests, preparing summaries or drafting responses. Important output can be reviewed before it changes a record, reaches a customer or informs a decision.

Planning and decision support

Use patterns as an input to better judgement.

Demand, resource planning or customer trends may benefit from analytical models. We assess whether your data supports the use case and communicate uncertainty rather than presenting predictions as facts.

AI inside your existing systems

Bring assistance to the place where work already happens.

Integrate an AI step into a CRM, internal app, website or WhatsApp workflow. We scope data access, provider costs, testing and human intervention around the task, rather than adding AI for its own sake.

Our approach

Business understanding. Then the right build.

We bring years of helping businesses grow, not just a list of technologies. First we understand how your business works. Then we recommend what is worth changing, and why.

  1. Start with a decision or a task

We explore what your team needs to know or do, and why it is difficult today. We review the available data, its quality, access permissions and the value of improving the workflow.

  2. Prove a useful, bounded application

We propose a focused dashboard or AI workflow with clear inputs, evaluation examples and review rules. You see what the system should do, what it should not do and how it will be assessed.

  3. Build with visibility and oversight

We validate calculations and test outputs against agreed examples. Source access, human review, monitoring and ongoing costs are addressed before rollout, with a plan to improve from feedback.

A practical way to get started.

Every project is assessed individually. We can discuss a deposit-led project fee with ownership, or a subscription with no upfront development fee where suitable. Hosting and support can be included in the agreed scope. Selected start-ups may suit a development partnership in exchange for an agreed stake, rather than a cash development fee.

Practical questions

We want to use AI but do not know where to start. Can you help?

Yes. Start with how the business operates, not a specific model or product. We help identify tasks where AI may be useful, where simpler automation is enough and where human judgement should remain central.

Can an AI assistant use our own documents and systems?

It can be designed around selected, permitted sources. We assess access controls, data sensitivity, provider handling and update requirements. Not every document or record should be available to every user.

How do you handle inaccurate AI answers?

AI can make mistakes. We can include source references, restricted actions, review steps and explicit handling for missing information. We test representative scenarios, but do not promise that a model will never produce an incorrect answer.

Do we need perfect data or a large budget?

Not necessarily. We assess whether the available information supports a focused use case. Data preparation may be part of the first phase. Scope, usage costs and ongoing support are agreed individually, with no universal package or minimum.

Start a project

What would you like to know, or stop doing manually?

Bring the report that takes hours, the information no one can find or the AI idea you want to explore. We will help you work out a practical starting point.
