What we can build
Your operation. Working as one.
You do not have to replace everything at once. We can start with a bottleneck, then build the connections around it.
Operations and job management
See what needs doing, who owns it and what happens next.
Quotes, jobs, tasks, resources and approvals can follow your own workflow. From a clinic to a factory or a service business, we map the real stages and exceptions before designing the system.
Financial visibility
Bring income, expenses and the work behind them into focus.
Manage payments, costs, budgets and reporting with agreed controls. Accounting exports or integrations can support your finance team; tax rules and any statutory requirements need specific review in the project scope.
Stock, purchasing and sales
Connect what you buy, what you hold and what you sell.
Products, suppliers, purchase requests, stock movements and orders can share the same records. Multiple locations, approval limits and replenishment rules can be designed around your operation.
Customer and team workspaces
Give each person the tools and information they need.
Customer records, histories, tasks, documents and internal requests can be accessible by role. Permissions, audit trails and how people move between departments are part of the design.
Reporting and AI integration
Use the information already inside your business.
Connect dashboards, search and AI assistance to approved business data. We identify useful applications such as finding records, preparing summaries or drafting routine work, with the right review steps.
Legacy improvement and migration
Move forward without losing what already works.
We assess existing systems, available data and integration options. A phased migration can include data cleaning, trial imports and agreed cutover checks, with a plan for keeping the operation running.
Our approach
Business understanding. Then the right build.
We bring years of helping businesses grow, not just a list of technologies. First we understand how your business works. Then we recommend what is worth changing, and why.
Walk through a real working day
We learn how customers, money, stock and information move through the business. We listen to the people doing the work and identify the expensive or frustrating gaps.
Agree the better way of working
We propose the workflow, roles and first release, not just a feature list. Key screens and rules are reviewed with you, with scope, responsibilities, delivery stages and price made clear.
Build around real scenarios
We test the agreed workflows, exceptions and permissions with your team. Migration, training and rollout are planned together; maintenance and future improvements can follow in an agreed arrangement.
A practical way to get started.
Every project is assessed individually. We can discuss a deposit-led project fee with ownership, or a subscription with no upfront development fee where suitable. Hosting and support can be included in the agreed scope. Selected start-ups may suit a development partnership in exchange for an agreed stake, rather than a cash development fee.
Understand pricing and payment optionsPractical questions
Do we need a complete specification before contacting you?
No. Bring the problems, the workarounds and an example of how the business operates. Our job includes translating that into a practical plan and helping you decide what is worth building.
Can it work with our current accounting or CRM software?
Where the existing tools provide suitable APIs, exports or other permitted connections, often yes. We check access, licensing and data quality first. Sometimes improving the connection is more valuable than replacing a tool.
How do you avoid a project becoming too large?
We agree a useful first release and separate essentials from later improvements. Changes are discussed before they alter the scope, timeline or cost. A staged rollout helps the team validate the direction.
Who owns the software, and can you support it?
Ownership depends on the commercial arrangement. For a full-ownership project, we agree a one-off project fee with a deposit and a balance linked to successful delivery against agreed acceptance criteria. Subscriptions, hosting and support have their own agreed terms.
