01Monthly subscription
Start with a monthly plan.
No upfront development fee can be available for suitable, agreed projects.
- A monthly price for your agreed scope
- Hosting and support can be provided
- Licence and commitment terms agreed first
A subscription is not automatically a purchase of the source code. Your proposal sets out the licence, minimum term if any, billing start, cancellation, changes and any ownership-transfer option. Hosting, support and third-party usage are not automatically included in an example monthly price.
Discuss a monthly plan↗02Project fee · full ownership
Build a product you own.
An agreed project fee, a deposit to begin and the balance on successful completion.
- Scope and acceptance criteria agreed first
- Balance linked to agreed deliverables
- Ownership and handover set out in writing
Successful completion means acceptance of the agreed project deliverables, not a promise of revenue or commercial success. Deposit, milestones, transfer of intellectual property, third-party licences and cancellation terms are defined in the agreement. Ongoing hosting and support can be quoted separately.
Discuss an ownership project↗03Development partnership
Build with Rosa as a partner.
For ventures we believe in, we can invest development in exchange for an agreed participation in the business.
- Rosa invests its own development work
- Selected ventures in the UK and Brazil
- Participation and responsibilities agreed together
This is a selective development investment by Rosa, not a grant or guaranteed funding. The agreed development can be provided without a cash development fee in exchange for participation in the business. Scope, ownership, participation, operating costs and each party’s rights and responsibilities are negotiated before work begins.
Explore a development partnership↗One of our smallest small-business projects was agreed at £99/month.
A historical example, not a standard package or the price of the salon network system. Larger builds vary substantially. Scope, terms and any additional costs are quoted individually.
Know what your proposal includes.
There is no universal minimum or one-size-fits-all package. Before you commit, we put the scope and commercial terms in writing.

- Hosting, support, maintenance, platform licences, WhatsApp or AI usage, and applicable taxes or compulsory charges. We identify what is included and what is separate.
