What we can build

Start with the task you wish would handle itself.

A useful automation understands the whole process: what starts it, what it changes, and what happens when something is different.

Conversational business management

Ask for an action through WhatsApp instead of opening several tools.

Bookings, financial entries, stock queries and updates can be connected to a controlled business workflow. We define who can request each action, what needs confirmation and how it is recorded.

Appointments and reminders

Connect availability, changes and customer communication.

Automate booking confirmations, reminders, rescheduling steps and follow-up where suitable. Channel consent, messaging rules and how a customer reaches a person are part of the plan.

Sales and customer follow-up

Keep an enquiry moving after the first message.

Route requests, create CRM records, prepare responses and prompt the right follow-up. We agree the boundaries for automatic messages and when a team member should take over.

Purchasing, stock and finance workflows

Move routine information without repeating the same entry.

A sale can update stock; an approved purchase can create a record; an expense can be routed for review. Each action is designed around your rules and the capabilities of the connected tools.

AI-assisted administration

Turn unstructured input into something the team can use.

Explore extracting details from documents, classifying requests, drafting replies or preparing summaries. Important outputs can require review, with clear handling for uncertainty and missing information.

Approvals and exception handling

Make the unusual cases part of the design.

Limits, permissions, failed connections and unexpected inputs need a defined response. We can include approval queues, logs, alerts and retry behaviour so the team is not left guessing.

Our approach

Business understanding. Then the right build.

We bring years of helping businesses grow, not just a list of technologies. First we understand how your business works. Then we recommend what is worth changing, and why.

  1. Find the repetitive work and the hidden exceptions

We walk through what your team does, which tools they use and where time is lost. We distinguish useful automation from a process that needs simplifying first.

  2. Define the rules and the handovers

We map triggers, information, approvals and failures. A small, valuable workflow can be the first release, with responsibilities, channel costs and success criteria agreed.

  3. Test before handing over the routine

We test ordinary and exceptional scenarios, permissions and confirmation steps. The rollout includes the agreed visibility, support and a way for people to intervene.

A practical way to get started.

Every project is assessed individually. We can discuss a deposit-led project fee with ownership, or a subscription with no upfront development fee where suitable. Hosting and support can be included in the agreed scope. Selected start-ups may suit a development partnership in exchange for an agreed stake, rather than a cash development fee.

Understand pricing and payment options

Practical questions

Can we really manage parts of the business through WhatsApp?

Yes, where the workflow, access and connected systems support it. Our salon-network project brought appointments, payments, expenses and stock into a conversational operation. What is appropriate for your business is defined during discovery.

Does automation mean removing human decisions?

No. We can automate the repetitive preparation and movement of information while keeping approval with your team. Spending limits, customer-sensitive actions and uncertain AI outputs can require explicit review.

Will WhatsApp or other platforms charge additional fees?

They may. Messaging, payment and AI providers can have their own usage fees and conditions. We check the relevant accounts, access and commercial terms, and explain expected third-party costs in the proposal.

Can we begin with just one process?

Absolutely. A focused workflow is often a useful first step. We agree what it should achieve and how it will be tested, then consider further processes once the first is working as intended.

Which task keeps coming back to your team?

Describe the repeated work, the messages or the manual checks. We will help identify what could be simplified, connected or automated.
