What we can build
Useful in the moments that matter.
An app is not just a smaller website. We design around who uses it, where they use it and the task they need to complete.
Customer and membership apps
Make booking, buying or managing an account more convenient.
Appointments, memberships, purchases, documents and service updates can come together in a branded experience. We define the repeat value for customers before adding features.
Field and mobile team tools
Give people the right information where the work happens.
Job details, checklists, photographs, signatures and status updates can support teams on site, in a warehouse or across locations. Device capabilities and connectivity needs are assessed early.
New products and MVPs
Find the smallest version that can genuinely test the idea.
We help define the audience, core journey and business model, then design a focused first release. A prototype can test understanding before committing to a larger build.
Internal web applications
Put the right workflow behind a simple browser interface.
Teams can handle requests, approvals, stock or customer service without installing another desktop application. Access, roles and integration with your core systems are agreed in the scope.
Connected payments and communication
Make the app part of the business, not another isolated tool.
Payments, account data, notifications and support can connect to the systems behind the experience. Provider fees, permissions and platform constraints are considered before implementation.
AI-enabled experiences
Add intelligence where it makes the product more useful.
Knowledge search, assisted form entry, recommendations or task support can be explored around a real user need. We define data access, quality checks and when a person should take over.
Our approach
Business understanding. Then the right build.
We bring years of helping businesses grow, not just a list of technologies. First we understand how your business works. Then we recommend what is worth changing, and why.
Find the reason people will use it
We explore the audience, task, business model and existing alternatives. For an internal app, we observe the workflow; for a new product, we challenge assumptions and define the first useful outcome.
Design the experience and the first release
We map the main journeys and create a prototype of key screens. Together we choose the platform approach, agree the first release and set a practical delivery plan.
Test with people, then launch with care
We build and review the product with representative users and agreed test scenarios. Store submission, rollout, analytics, training and ongoing improvements are included where scoped.
A practical way to get started.
Every project is assessed individually. We can discuss a deposit-led project fee with ownership, or a subscription with no upfront development fee where suitable. Hosting and support can be included in the agreed scope. Selected start-ups may suit a development partnership in exchange for an agreed stake, rather than a cash development fee.
Understand pricing and payment optionsPractical questions
Do we need an iPhone and Android app, or a web app?
That depends on users, budget, device features and how the product will be used. We can recommend a browser-based, cross-platform or native approach after understanding the requirements. You do not need to make that decision first.
Can the app work without an internet connection?
Some workflows can be designed for offline use, with synchronisation when the connection returns. We need to define what is available offline, how conflicts are handled and which actions require a live connection.
Can you help before we commit to a full build?
Yes. Discovery, journey design or a prototype can be scoped as an initial piece of work. That can help clarify the product, test assumptions and support a more informed development decision.
Do you handle app stores and updates?
We can help prepare and submit an app and plan ongoing maintenance. Developer accounts, store charges, third-party reviews and approval times are outside our direct control and are discussed in the proposal.
