Connected systems and APIs
Your tools can work together. So can your teams.
A sale should not need to be entered three times. Connect the systems you rely on so information reaches the right place and departments can work from a shared picture.
- Less copying between systems
- Fewer disconnected departmental records
- Clearer ownership of business information

What we can build
Keep the tools. Improve the connections.
We design around the information your business needs to move, not a collection of logos. Connections depend on each platform's permitted access.
Sales, CRM and customer records
Carry customer information through the full journey.
Connect website enquiries, customer accounts, sales pipelines and service records. Salesforce, HubSpot and other CRMs can be assessed against your account access, fields and business rules.
Commerce, stock and fulfilment
Make an order useful beyond the checkout.
Shopify, WooCommerce or a bespoke store can exchange appropriate order, product and stock information with your operation. We define where each record belongs and how updates travel.
Finance and payment connections
Bring the commercial record closer to the transaction.
Connect payment status, invoices, expense information or accounting exports where supported. The finance team helps define reconciliation, permissions and what should remain under review.
Spreadsheets and everyday work tools
Connect familiar tools without making them the whole system.
Google Sheets, Microsoft tools, shared documents and internal applications can support a more joined-up workflow. We assess when a spreadsheet is still useful and when a controlled database is the better foundation.
Custom APIs and legacy bridges
Give new and existing software a reliable way to communicate.
We can build APIs, webhooks or scheduled imports around agreed interfaces. Authentication, field mapping, duplicate handling and restrictions of older software are addressed before development.
AI and knowledge connections
Make approved information available to useful assistance.
Connect selected documents and business records to an AI workflow or assistant. Access boundaries, source visibility, refresh rules and review requirements are defined alongside the technical connection.
Our approach
Business understanding. Then the right build.
We bring years of helping businesses grow, not just a list of technologies. First we understand how your business works. Then we recommend what is worth changing, and why.
Map where information lives
We identify the systems, account access, data owners and manual handovers. We check available interfaces and which information each department actually needs.
Agree the source of truth and the rules
We define record ownership, field mappings, timing and how duplicates or conflicts should be handled. The proposal includes required platform access and third-party dependencies.
Test the connection and its failure paths
We test normal updates, invalid data and interrupted connections. Logs, retries, alerts and maintenance responsibilities are included where scoped, so someone owns the connection after launch.
A practical way to get started.
Every project is assessed individually. We can discuss a deposit-led project fee with ownership, or a subscription with no upfront development fee where suitable. Hosting and support can be included in the agreed scope. Selected start-ups may suit a development partnership in exchange for an agreed stake, rather than a cash development fee.
Understand pricing and payment optionsPractical questions
Can you connect any two systems?
Not unconditionally. It depends on APIs, exports, permissions, licence restrictions and the quality of the available data. We investigate the options first and explain any limitations or alternative approaches.
Does every update need to happen instantly?
No. Some workflows benefit from near-real-time events; others are better served by scheduled synchronisation. We choose the timing around business needs, platform limits and cost.
What happens if a platform changes or is unavailable?
The design should account for failures, not just successful transfers. Depending on scope, we include retries, alerts and a way to investigate records. Ongoing monitoring and adaptation can be part of a support arrangement.
Can you work with our existing IT team or software provider?
Yes. We can agree interfaces, access and responsibilities with your team or suppliers. Clear ownership and documentation help the integration remain manageable as systems evolve.

Which systems should be talking to each other?
Tell us what you use and where information gets stuck or entered again. You do not need to know whether an API exists before speaking to us.
