More than a chatbot

The conversation is the interface. Behind it sits custom software connecting bookings, client reminders, payments, expenses and stock purchases and sales. The owner can operate these functions from WhatsApp.

One operation, connected

Scheduling, finance and stock are parts of the same system. The project also includes financial and tax-related functionality scoped for that business. Tax features depend on the jurisdiction and agreed requirements; this demonstration does not show tax filing or promise compliance.

Designed around the business

This is an anonymous project. The interface shown here is a reconstruction, not a recording of the client’s system. The conversations, names and amounts are examples, and no live messages, payments or bookings are made.
